A qualified accountant by background, he has directed a number of major, complex programmes and projects, including multi-site Practice Management System network installations for four large law firms. He has been Commercial Director of two public companies, and managed his own consulting business for six years.
He regularly presents at conferences, writes press articles on current issues and has been a major contributor to a number of books. |

A number of assignments involved e-Procurement systems. |

Deloitte – Director of e-Business Appointed Director of e-Business and quickly grew his team to 14 consultants, who educated clients and the internal Deloitte market about the business issues involved in getting their organisations ready for e-Business. Within 12 months they had acquired over 20 new clients and ‘converted’ 10 existing clients to become ‘e-clients’. |

Tristar Consultants – Managing Director Created a company that selected and implemented office automation systems, finance and legal and accountancy Practice Management Systems. Contracts included multi-site network installations for four large firms of solicitors, and the complete rebuilding of all the back office systems for a leading computer graphics company. |

K2 Systems PLC – Commercial Director As Commercial Director he set up all the internal systems, whilst also acting as account manager to the major clients. He was instrumental in growing K2 in the office automation and financial systems market to £3m turnover, and a staff of 40 people, in less than two years. |
